Terms and Conditions

Krown Hair Co Cancelation Policy 

Any hair appointment moved/cancelled within 48 hours of their appointment will lose their deposit.

Anybody that fails to notify Krown Hair Co that they will not be attending their appointment will lose their deposit, and be required to pay cost of full service that was booked before you can make a new appointment.

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE once booked.

If you wish to move your appointment, you may do so within a 6 month time frame. After 6 months you would be required to pay a new deposit.

If for any reason I have to cancel your appointment, I will return your deposit back to you or it can be transferred to your next appointment.
