IS THERE PARKING?
Yes there is plenty of roadside parking available. Just please be mindful of neighbors and any driveways.
DO I NEED A SKIN TEST / ATT TEST (ALLERGY ALERT TEST)?
Yes if you are a new client, or it has been 12 months since your last AAT you are required to have one before your colour appointment.
Make an appointment for a skin test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment. I will apply a small amount of colour formula to you. Leave for 48 hours, should you experience any signs of irritation, reddening, swelling, inflammation or itching please contact me. If you develop symptoms that make you unwell please contact a medical professional. When you attend the salon I will observe the test site and ask you to complete a questionnaire. Subsequent colour services may not require an AAT test subject to screening questions.
CAN I PAY WITH CARD?
Yes, you can pay with card.
HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR APPOINTMENT TAKE ?
Hair appointments vary depending on what service you are having done.
When you make a booking I will be able to give you an estimate as to how long it will take.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO I USE ?
I am not tied to any professional hair product company, manufacturer or supplier. This allows me to choose the best possible products to suit your hair requirements. Products I regularly use come from four major professional hair product manufactures. These include: Milkshake, Schwarzkopf, Olaplex, and Wella.
If you are looking for a particular shampoo or brand of product then please let me know as I usually am able to obtain this for you.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
The salon is a small studio space, therefor I ask that you do come alone. This does include children, as they are not covered by insurance unless they have an appointment.
I understand that sometimes you can not attended the appointments you make. If you are in that situation, I would appreciate as much notice as possible.
You can cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead of your appointment, otherwise you can be charged 30% of the service price & there is 100% charge of service for not attending your appointment.
